Wellness Coaching is a powerful partnership in which Rhonda is able to help people design their future. Rhonda combines personal training and coaching to assist groups and individuals on their journey to greater health.

Sabrina Smith, MS, CPT, Nutrition, TPI

Passionate about health, Sabrina has dedicated her life to fitness and wellness. Sabrina achieved her Masters through the Cooper Institute in Dallas and specializes in Nutritional Guidance. She is TPI Level 1 certified, and has her Yoga Certification.

Mother of two and wife to her loving husband, Jessie has been dedicated to take better care of herself. Since then, Jessie set out to be a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. She is a certified personal trainer, spin and yoga instructor.
