TRX® Class:

TRX® is also known as Total Body Resistance Exercise. This class utilizes the TRX® workout system to leverage gravity and your bodyweight, in a full body training session, building muscular endurance, strength, and core stabilization, all at your own individual pace.

In this class you practice postures to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as you make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion.

TPI Assessment:

The most efficient swing is not the same for every golfer, because efficiency is unique to their body. To achieve an efficient swing, a golfer must first be screened. This screen involves an assessment of swing mechanics and biomechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, current health and a client history.
