Adult Swim Practice:

Coach Tom Harris is a technique-first swim coach whose mission is to provide USMC-style leadership and technique-focused swim training to create joy through active physical lives involving fitness, camaraderie, and adventure. For those adults looking to improve their swim techniques and for triathlon preparation, Coach Harris will be at the ACC pool every Wednesday morning throughout the summer.

Yoga by the Pool:

In this class, you will practice postures to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as you make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion.
